Return & Refund Policy

Because all items are custom-made specifically for each order, we do not accept returns or exchanges for:

  • Wrong size selected
  • Change of mind
  • Incorrect color chosen by the customer

Please review product descriptions and sizing charts carefully before ordering.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or with a printing error, we will gladly offer a replacement or refund.

To request assistance:

  • Contact us within 30 days of delivery
  • Include clear photos showing the issue
  • Provide your order number

In most cases, the product does not need to be returned.

Lost Packages

If your package appears lost in transit, please contact us. Orders not delivered within:

  • 30 days (US/EU domestic)
  • 45 days (international)

may qualify for replacement or refund review.

Order Cancellations

Orders may only be canceled or modified before production begins. Once production starts, cancellations are no longer guaranteed.
